Our Maintenance Technician provides prompt and courteous service to our members which includes general maintenance and light repairs including painting, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry as well as trash and recycling. The right candidate is someone who is compassionate, energetic, and skilled in property maintenance with at least two years of experience.
Most positions are scheduled to work 20 hours/week.
Our Housekeeper cleans the interior commons areas of the facility (vacuuming, dusting, washing windows, cleaning restroom, etc.) and assists with general clean-up of the exterior of the building.

The Member Services Manager (Office Manager) manages the daily operations of the cooperative and supervises two staff. The Member Services Manager is the main contact for all members of the cooperative and the Board of Directors and is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering good member relations.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working with the aging population, have previous supervisory experience, enjoy working independently, be able to multi-task, have office management skills, and knowledge of accounting software (RealPage-OneSite, etc.).
