The project is a 50-unit assisted living facility consisting of 41 traditional assisted-living units and 9 memory care units. 13 "suites" have been incorporated into the design to provide living accomodations for a total of 63 residents. The building is a 3-story structure with separate common areas and dining facilities for the traditional units and memory care units. Services include 2 meals per day, 24-hour health aides, weekly housekeeping and flat linen services with additional personal care services available as needed as determined by the resident's plan of care.
